Any situation where the intake conditions are similar and the performance meets requirements can utilize these fans. A series of fans should be employed to ensure that the industrial boiler operates efficiently under variable working conditions. The induced draft fan is designed to operate in a high-efficiency range, thereby contributing to energy savings. It can withstand various high temperatures and low air conditions, with a temperature resistance of up to 250 °C. For special requirements, it can be customized to endure temperatures up to 950 °C and is resistant to corrosion, acid, and alkali.
Before installing the induced draft fan, a dust removal device must be set up to achieve a dust removal efficiency of at least 85%. This step is essential to reduce the dust content of the flue gas entering the fan, minimize wear and tear caused by dust, and enhance the overall performance of the fan.
