Air Blower

The air blower has a practical design with multiple stages, a single intake, and double bearings. Its key parts include a rotor with a conical arc impeller and a balance disc, which help reduce intake resistance.

The casing is made with a mix of riveting and welding, and it can be coated with epoxy resin for better corrosion resistance. It uses labyrinth and carbon ring seals for reliability and has a standard muffler that keeps noise to a minimum. The blower is oil-free, with bearings lasting over two years, and features modular flow adjustments.

Some models are lightweight and can reach high speeds (up to 3000-10000 rpm), including heat dissipation ducts and drying systems for smooth operation, along with an air volume indicator for easier monitoring.
